NEON Leaders and BBDO Join Forces to Bring Campaign Asia’s Marketing Works 2021 Training Programme to Life

Marketing Works 2021 is a programme that has been specifically designed to bring client and agency delegates together to build networks, collaborative relationships and gain a better understanding of each other’s roles.

Multi-skills training, relationship building and networking – all in one.

Jennifer Woollford, founder and director of NEON Leaders and previous marketing and global brand director for Mars Wrigley will be chairing the course. Jennifer founded NEON Leaders to enable brands to leverage a growing pool of independent marketing talent for pace and diversity of thinking, and champion the importance of collaborative working relationships. She will be joined by BBDO Asia’s head of strategy, Andy Wilson who has been invited to lead the five world-class agencies and client mentors from across Asia-Pacific for the programme. Andy leads the BBDO strategy department across Asia as well as the strategic planning for some of their largest clients in the region, Amore Pacific & AIA.

The programme will take place over three days, including a kick-off Ice-Breaker session the day before the official event begins.

Delegates will be challenged to deliver effective strategies and creative plans whilst covering strategy & objectives, audience understanding & problem solving, briefing, creative development and feedback – all against a real-life case study.
